Wednesday Adv. Intermediate Gymnastics
The Gymnastics Program is an introduction to gymnastics and a beginner gymnastics program. Students will begin to learn a higher level of structure in this class. Choreography based warm up to fine tune performing as a group. Development of gymnastics skills: handstands, back bends, cartwheels and drills for more advanced skills. Students will also learn rhythmic gymnastics and tumbling to become well-rounded gymnasts. Students will also be given routines to perform on their own to increase muscle memory skills. This class is for one hour and 30 minutes.
*Please know that parents will not be allowed to watch the gymnastics classes on a regular basis. Parents will be able to view classes via live stream. Additionally, videos and pictures will be posted to our social media accounts.
Venue: Harlem Children's Zone
