The Festival is delighted to partner with Hauser & Wirth for a performance inspired by the visual artwork of renowned artist Lorna Simpson. The event features composer Jessica Mays who has been commissioned by the Festival to create a musical suite for ensemble in response to Simpson's work. The night will also include selections by contemporary Icelandic Composer Anna Thorvaldsdottir, American icon Amy Beach, and 2019 honoree Clara Schumann.
