Cantus: Wanting Memories
Learn More |
The “always entertaining” (Classics Today) low-voice ensemble Cantus will present their program Wanting Memories in an hour-long concert at Trinity Lutheran Church in New York City on Sunday, January 12, 2025 at 5 pm. The performance coincides with the annual Association of Performing Arts Professionals (APAP) showcase event. Anchored by Ysaÿe M. Barnwell’s piece of the same name that has long been a Cantus repertory staple, Wanting Memories explores the enduring relationship between music and memory.
