Escape to INTER_ with special guest yoga instructor, Carolyn Lu (@carolynlu_yoga), a New York City local who will guide you on this mindful journey. After teaching and studying yoga all throughout Asia, Carolyn returned to NYC to share her wisdom and help people of all ages and physical abilities how to restore a healthy connection to their mind, body, and soul. Take a 45-minute yoga class immersed in INTER’s artistic dome, surrounded by ethereal visuals to enhance your experience. After class, you’ll have the opportunity to wander the rest of the exhibit, feeling more deeply connected to yourself and the world around you. Bring your own mat and water for this class, and enjoy a morning of mindfulness with INTER.
