Building & Exploring Community Archives with Lee Jimenez
Learn and engage with visual storyteller, educator, and artist Lee Jimenez’s ongoing archival project ¿Y Tu Abuela Dónde Está?: An Audiovisual Narrative Series Exploring Boricua Identity, Migration, and Resistance at ICP on June 8 and 10.
Visitors are invited to stop by the ICP Library to participate and contribute to the archive in a group listening and recording session facilitated by Lee Jimenez,
This event is a follow-up to a June 8 activation of the archive and short screenings from the project.
This event will take place in the ICP Library on June 8 from 6- 7:30 PM and June 10 from 12-1 PM.
A ticket to this project does not include access to ICP’s galleries. Reserve your ticket to visit the ICP galleries and see the new exhibition, Love Songs: Photography and Intimacy, before or after exploring the project.
