The Award's Show celebrates a community of independent artists who embody passion, creativity, uniqueness and innovative ideas within film, theater, fashion, photography and music. Just like the Oscars, Tony's and Grammy's it is our way to promote and acknowledge up and coming creatives in the arts who are chasing their dreams, as well as community leaders and elected officials for their service.

This year we will celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Hip Hop by presenting on stage, legendary VJ and Producer, Ralph McDaniels with the Lifetime Achievement Award, Hip Hop artist Eric B. will receive the Hip Hop Legacy Award and Darryl Pringle, talent consultant for the Emmy Award winning documentary, The Jam Master Jay Case Documentary and community activist the Hip Hop Culture Award.
