Texas’s identity as a distinct culinary powerhouse stems from its multicultural legacy, regional charm, and of course the astounding and hardworking professionals who make up its dining scene. Join chef Austin Simmons from TRIS and HeartBrand Beef president (and fourth-generation cattle rancher) Jordan Beeman for an ode to the Lone Star State and a taste of ranch-to-plate hospitality. The dinner will include the standout dish of side-by-side tastings of two-year-old and 10-year-old cattle for guests to experience the vastly different flavor profiles associated with different aging processes, as well as Simmons’ signature HeartBrandX, a 10-year-old Japanese Akaushi beef program exclusively available at TRIS.
