NYC Yemeni Short Films Screening
Come join us for an exciting evening of Yemeni short films at the Kimmel Center for University Life! Immerse yourself in the rich culture and storytelling of Yemen through these thought-provoking films.
Originally planned for last year, this event is a chance for our communities and allies to come together to reflect on the intersection of storytelling and resistance. We will discuss the roles and challenges we face as part of the diaspora. You will also have the opportnity to connect with Yemeni organziations, lear about their work, enjoy refreshments from Yemeni vendors, and network with fellow community members.
All attendees must register per NYU campus rules. The entry is FREE with optional donations at the door. All proceeds will go to support Palestinians in Gaza. This in-person event promises to be a unique experience that you won't want to miss. Grab your friends and come support Yemeni filmmakers!
