My Old Friends: Deb Allee sings songs of Richard Maltby and Ed Kleban
A delicious array of songs by two of the most brilliant song writers of musical theater. Richard Maltby has written lyrics primariy with composer David Shire; the late Ed Kleban is best known for his lyrics to A Chorus Line, although he wrote words and music for a wide range of very original songs. What brings them together in this show is that they were both my very close, lifelong friends. With special guest appearance by Richard himself!
