Orquesta Aragón
Join Orquesta Aragón and special guest Pupi Legarreta on April 29th at Lehman Center for an incredible night of music.
Orquesta Aragón is the premier chalanga band from cuba, considered the jewels of cuban music. Their characteristic sound is based on the traditional son with their section of African rhythms and Spanish melodies, on top of which they added three violins. For over eighty years, Orquesta Aragón have set the standard for Cuban dance music with their sweet melodies, infectious rhythms and rich harmonies as they continue to hold its place as one of the most popular and requested Cuban groups, captivating audiences with its signature sound and becoming a "living legend of Cuban music."
