Handel's Messiah

Michael Spierman, founder/conductor of The Orchestra of The Bronx, announces the annual presentation of Handel's Messiah, performed by The Orchestra of The Bronx joined by The Bronx Opera Chorus, soloists, and guest readers. Texts are selected from biblical sources by Charles Jennens, and delivered by members of the Bronx community, including University Presidents, Editors of Bronx newspapers, reps of the Bronx Council on the Arts, NYC Dept. of Cultural Affairs, a Senator, an honor student, and waitor at the popular restaurant, and more.
