Speakeasy Dinner With German Chef Simon Cordes at Loft 29
International chef Simon Cordes honors his native Germany with a deliciously unique series of weekly Speakeasy Dinners at New York's exclusive Loft 29 from September 23 to December 31. Guests will enjoy a luxurious five-course meal paired with exquisite German wines by Wunderwein, all in an unapologetically German flair!
The menu features traditional dishes, such as night one’s Lemon Sole and Apple Strudel, masterfully plated and delivered with a modern twist. The menu architecture of the speakeasy dinners is extremely evocative and capitalizes on the seasonal harvesting and preparations that keep foods as close to their original whole as possible.
