LongHouse Workshop: Botanical painting, spring flowers and plant forms from the gardens with Barbara Thomas
Students will pick branch forms and early seasonal blooms to paint in the studio, learning and practicing traditional methods of classic botanical painting: looking closely at plant parts and forms, mixing color, brush strokes, special effects. Beginner to experienced, students bring their own materials. Some materials available at LongHouse.
Friday, April 21, at 10am and at 12:30pm: Each entry is 2 hours and 30 minutes long $75 for both members and non-members
