Peter and the Wolf: Children's Orchestra Concert
MusicTalks is proud to present this timeless classic in concert with our interactive orchestra!
Sergei Prokofiev’s musical masterpiece “Peter and the Wolf” comes to life with lively and engaging narration and accompaniment by a full orchestra with all of its beloved melodies depicting animals from the story. In this performance, participants will get familiar with a wide range of musical instrument and play an interactive memory game.
The performance will culminate with our “Musical Instrument Petting Zoo” which offers audience members a chance to meet the musicians and engage with their instruments up close, giving them an opportunity to touch, hear and experience a variety of instruments.
The show includes 12 musicians, actress Daniella Rabbani, and conductor Ian Niederhoffer. The orchestra includes Violins, Viola, Cello, Bass, Flute, Oboe, Clarinet, Bassoon, French Horn, and Percussion!
