Join us for a special evening with international restaurateur, cookbook author and Executive Chef, Fernand Trocca, at Mostrador NYC.The five-course prix-fixe menu will include original recipes made in concert with Mostrador's Chef de Cuisine Alvaro Dalmau.

Dinner begins with an amuse-bouche of Scallop Tiradito with coconut yogurt on a sweet potato chip with avocado, pomegranate, and cilantro; next, Tomato Tatin with frisée chicories topped with anchovies and a drizzle of basil oil; then, Valencian Rice Caldoso with smoked tomatoes, octopus and shrimp. The Main Course is a choice of grass-fed New York Strip Steak grilled a la plancha with salsa criolla and roasted Hasselback potatoes, or Spinach Risotto with raisins, lemon and pistachios. South American wine pairing available for an additional price.

Finish with Pavlova topped with passionfruit cream and fresh berries.
