Justin Smillie - SLOWFIRES x Motel Morris
On Friday, December 20th and Saturday, December 21st at 6PM, Motel Morris is partnering with celebrated Chef Justin Smillie and SlowFires, his popular mobile wood-fire cooking pop up, for a one weekend event with a multicourse, family style dinner with a collaborative menu with Motel Morris’ Culinary Director, Chef Ian Coogan (previously of Altro Paradiso, Lodi, abc Kitchen, and abc Cocina). The mobile wood-fire oven will be parked outside of the restaurant and guests can expect a multicourse dinner.
