The Best Ways to Manage Your Epilepsy and Seizures
Due to the coronavirus, please call to ensure this event is still happening before you leave home.
Living with epilepsy for years? Just diagnosed?
Seizures from epilepsy can be frightening and debilitating. Though typically managed with medication, sometimes surgical intervention is recommended to control and suppress seizures more effectively—and it may even help stop them entirely.
Mount Sinai’s epilepsy experts are here for you. Join Dr. Fedor “Ted” Panov, Director of our Adult Epilepsy Surgery Program, and Epileptologist Dr. Ji Yeoun “Jenna” Yoo at this free educational event where they will discuss:
· Newest advancements in epilepsy diagnosis and treatment · Best practices in seizure management · Medications, diet, and minimally invasive robotic surgery
There will also be an open session for them to answer your questions about epilepsy.
Registration is free but mandatory. For more information, or to register, contact email@example.com or 212-241-0154. Light refreshments will be served.
Venue: Mount Sinai Beth Israel - Podell Auditorium
