Chef and writer Caroline Choe sits down with five food media figures in the editorial and media landscape — Cathy Erway, Emi Boscamp, Genevieve Yam, Liza DeGuia, and Pooja Makhijani — to discuss their work experiences and the best ways to help audiences stay informed about diverse food cultures in the face of the Trump administration’s efforts.
