Pilates: Sculpt & Tone

This unique class blends Pilates, barre, and sculpt to bring runners specific exercises to strengthen key muscles used for running. This blend will not only build strength and stamina for longer runs, it will also target smaller muscles for safely finding bursts during faster, shorter races. Taught by runner and Pilates Sculpt teacher Laura Frye, this class will teach you key moves to incorporate into your training for endurance, strength, and post-run recovery. Each class will end with a runner-specific stretch session. Runners of all levels are welcome to participate and no prior knowledge of sculpt is needed. Registration required.
