Taught by runner and Pilates Sculpt teacher Laura Frye, this class will teach you key moves to incorporate into your training for endurance, strength, and post-run recovery. Each class will end with a runner-specific stretch session. Runners of all levels are welcome to participate and no prior knowledge of sculpt is needed. Registration required.Venue: NYRR RUNCENTER
