The dictionary defines "bootcamp" as "a short, intensive, rigorous course of training." Our bootcamp instructors promise not to disappoint. From single leg work and lateral shifts to explosive movements, adding this class to your workout schedule will increase your endurance and strengthen all parts of your body.
