Neighborhood Tour and Workshop: Photography on the Lower East Side
Join the New Museum and the International Center of Photography (ICP) for a neighborhood tour and photo workshop in the Lower East Side. A New Museum Teaching Artist will lead a walking tour from the Bowery to Essex Street, highlighting the homes of artists, among other stops in the neighborhood. Then, at ICP, take part in a photo workshop with an ICP Teaching Artist, creating expressive self-portraits inspired by their exhibition, “Weegee: Society of the Spectacle.”
