Get Lit&Lean with Liz Lindenmeier at NoMo SoHo
About the class: Break a sweat with Lit&Lean by Liz in the SoHo Skyline!
Lit&Lean is a nightlife inspired sculpt workout with silent disco headphones. DJ-curated house music sets the tone for your sculpting and beat drops drive the cardio bursts. Come to party, get the workout, and skip the hangover. Yes, you will fist pump.
The class will be held on the Penthouse Terrace on the 26th floor, weather permitting. In the case of inclement weather, the class will be held inside the Penthouse.
NoMo SoHo is hosting a Wellness Series featuring weekly classes with top wellness instructors in the industry. Join us every week for a new instructor and modality to challenge and become the best version of yourself.

About Liz:
Liz Lindenmeier, "LL" began her movement journey as a professional dancer. Two early debilitating injuries in her career led her to fitness in order to strengthen her body back to life. Liz has been a fitness professional since 2017 teaching cardio, barre, pilates, sculpt, dance cardio, and HIIT. Being a DJ herself with an extensive movement background, Liz has culminated the worlds into her own method: Lit&Lean. Lit&Lean focuses on proper burnout of every muscle group on the beat drops to keep your workout feeling like clubbing. In true speakeasy fashion, Liz brings Lit&Lean to rooftops and club like settings all over NYC - with seasonal pop ups in Miami and The Hamptons.
