09-10-2018 12:00:00 09-10-2018 12:00:00 America/New_York Seaport Fit Presents: Boot Camp | 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM Free fitness classes are now available on Tuesdays and Thursdays curated by some of New York's top fitness experts, courtesy of LIFEWTR and NewYork-Presbyterian, Lower Manhattan Hospital. Classes include boot camp, circuit training, yoga and more. Tickets are free but space is limited so RSVP now! Boot Camp by Trooper Fitness Trooper Boot Camp is a team oriented conditioning session that involves cardio and strength training methods. In this class, you are responsible for your fellow troopers in the room and everyone is responsible for you. If one person slacks, there may be exercise based penalties for all (in the name of fun and fitness of course). Partner exercises and partner accountability make this class an exhilarating challenge unlike any other in NYC. This class will improve overall conditioning, stamina/endurance, strength, and the best part, mental toughness!!! Note, this is a very challenging class format, but you will never hear any of our coaches talking to anyone in a condescending way.
