On the first Friday of every month, Poster House offers free admission and extended hours for guests to come explore the museum’s latest exhibitions. The two main exhibitions currently on display for the fall season are Just Frame It: How Nike Turned Sports Stars into Superheroes and Lester Beall & A New American Identity. Both exhibits will be open through February 23, 2025.

Every First Friday is different, offering unique opportunities such as tours, workshops, performances, and activities, to further engage visitors with the exhibitions on display. First Friday activities for November 1st include:

• 2:00-3:00 PM: Monotype Printing Workshop Multimedia artist Sabrina Sims will lead a monotype printmaking workshop, where participants will learn the process and techniques, including stenciling, masking, wet on-wet blending, and subtractive layering, that go along with printmaking.
