Pratt Manhattan Gallery Opens Exhibition Exploring A Decade of Fashion in New York City
On Tuesday, January 16, Pratt Manhattan Gallery will open its new exhibition “The New Village: Ten Years of New York Fashion,” focusing on a scene of artists and fashion designers from the past ten years who have re-established New York as a global leader in experimental fashion. The exhibition spotlights an ecosystem of smaller fashion brands, visionary designers embracing do-it-yourself fashion, and innovative artists who have been crucial collaborators traversing the boundaries between fashion and art, featuring names such as Eckhaus Latta, Luar, and Telfar. The reception for the exhibition will be held on Thursday, February 8 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Venue: Pratt Manhattan Gallery
