In celebration of Father’s Day, Refinery Hotel in Midtown NYC has partnered with Allergic To Salad for a children & parent Sushi-Making culinary class! The experience will take place on Saturday, June 17th and Sunday, June 18th from 11AM-12PM.

This exciting collaboration will offer fun for the whole family and allow children and their parents the opportunity to prepare delicious and healthy meals that can be replicated at home! Allergic To Salad’s food education programs reach over 150 schools across NYC’s five boroughs and 10,000 students annually. All ticket proceeds will be donated to Allergic To Salad to support the organization’s mission of educating today’s youth on how to maintain a nutritious and delicious diet.

The class will take place at Refinery Hotel’s Hatbox, a private event space at the hotel's heart, boasting nods to the property’s history as a former hat factory and Prohibition-era tea room.
