From a young age, Alexis has been singing in ensembles. Starting classically, moving to jazz, and extra training in musical theater. She has an incredible capacity to fuse genres and tell stories with her music and lyrics. In 2017, after a mental break down, Alexis found song writing as a means to cope with her depression and through that process found her writing voice and began creating music more seriously as a solo artist.
