9th Annual NY Dog Film Festival NYC Premiere
The NY Dog Film Festival is back for its 9th year, partnering with Purina Dog Chow to introduce the new “Service Dog Salute” film category. The new category features heartwarming films of PTSD service dogs who’ve positively impacted the lives of the veterans they serve.
Dog Chow and the NY Dog Film Festival launched the new category “Service Dog Salute” to raise awareness on the need for more PTSD service dogs for veterans. The winning film will also be available for viewing at YouTube.com/DogChow starting October 24, 2024, and Dog Chow will donate up to $5 for every view up to $75,000 to help train more service dogs.
Complimentary tickets will be available for active-duty or veteran service members with military ID. A portion of the ticket sales will go to the Association of Service Dog Providers. This is a service dog-friendly event.
