Yoga for Kids!
Mindfulness, compassion, quieting the mind, and connecting with ourselves are things we can all benefit from, but most especially our youth. During a Kids Yoga class, your child will experience all of the traditional benefits of Yoga – meditation, breathing techniques, peace, and deep relaxation - as well as cardiovascular conditioning through fun and original music. It's Yoga...Kiddified! We will follow a curriculum designed to motivate children to be active, build confidence, and manage the spectrum of emotions that they experience in their day-to-day activities. Kids Yoga is stress management for children! Please bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water. All ages and experience levels welcome! Children under the age of 8 years old must be accompanied by a parent. Not a drop-off event. No charge for parents.
