On Wednesday, June 19th, the Urban Land Institute New York (ULI NY) will host a panel discussing the “Hotelification” of the real estate industry and its impact on traditional real estate asset types. The panel will take a deeper look into the ways in which real estate companies are adopting practices used by the traditional hospitality industry to disrupt conventional retail, office, and housing concepts. Ellen Sinreich of The Sinreich Group will moderate the panel, which will also include David Barry of Ironstate Devlopment, Craig Deitelzweig of Marx Realty, Kenneth A.
