U.S. Open-inspired Cocktail at Sofitel New York
Game. Set. Cheers! One of the most popular sporting events in the U.S. is currently underway, and Sofitel New York is serving up a new tennis-themed cocktail in celebration. The “Courtside 75” is a refreshing blend of frozen lemon juice, champagne, triple sec and gin, garnished with lemon peel for color and a frozen lemon “tennis ball” to keep the drink cool.
