Re:Soundings reimagines the choral concert experience, transforming St. Mary the Virgin into a space where ancient and contemporary voices resonate together. Hear chant and works of Tallis, Victoria and Josquin along with contemporary work of Tavener and Pärt incorporating chant. The candle-lit performance space plays a critical role incorporating unique spatial arrangements throughout the sanctuary to enhance the music’s impact and draw the audience into the unfolding narrative.
