Mini-Makers (with Grown-Up)
An introduction to art making and storytelling for Stories' youngest visitors! We'll explore process and material while introducing the elements of art through stories, play, songs, and baby-friendly projects. Come discover new ways to engage your little one in the artistic process alongside other budding artists. Haley Shibble is an artist and educator based in Brooklyn. She studied studio art at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh and holds an MFA in Design and Technology from Parsons The New School for Design. She loves to tell stories through illustration, collage, and animation. Haley has also worked as an educator and teaching artist with a number of arts organizations and museums throughout Pittsburgh and New York City. Influenced by her love of science fiction, her most recent project is a short film featuring the adventures of a time traveling paper robot.
