Oktoberfest Pretzel Making Class with Chris Milazzo
Join TALEA in celebrating Oktoberfest with the ultimate baking class where you can learn to create the brewery’s fan-favorite Bavarian Pretzel. Offered at their Cobble Hill taproom on Thursday, September 28, attendees can make their way to the Mezzanine for a fun evening of baking with Chris Milazzo. Learn and master the basics on how to make your own Baked Soft Pretzel from scratch using quality ingredients from Brooklyn-based bakery, Bad Cholesterol. And of course, a taste test at the end! Attendees get to indulge in their warm, freshly baked pretzels alongside some TALEA brews. Sounds like something you just might knead to try.
Upon arrival, guests will receive a 4 oz “welcome pour” from TALEA’s taproom and the baking will commence! Guests will be offered an additional complimentary draft pour and leave with a take-home recipe card.
