Guided by Lia Avellino, LCSW, mother of three and Director of Head & Heart at THE WELL, these conversations will serve as a release valve, providing space to sift through the challenges of motherhood, tune out the noise of parenting advice and focus on your inner knowing about your needs and your kids’ needs, and express your raw emotions in a judgment-free zone.
