It's a fast-paced night of comedy in which 64 comedians go head-to-head in a bracket-style, single-elimination, one-liner joke tournament. Audience applause determines which performers from Comedy Central, The Tonight Show, SiriusXM, Colbert, and The New Yorker advance, and who ultimately becomes the 2023 ONE LINER MADNESS CHAMPION and winner of the trophy and cash prize. It's like a March Madness tournament, but 90 minutes, and with jokes instead of basketballs.

It's also a charity show! Proceeds go to Shelter Chic Animal Rescue.
