WHAT: Peacock, NBCUniversal’s streaming service, announces Welcome to The Continental: The Hotel Bar Experience, a pop-up immersive experience at 82 Beaver Street in NYC’s Financial District, which serves as the hotel exterior in the franchise. The experience will transport attendees inside The Continental: From The World Of John Wick, the prequel series from Lionsgate Television that explores the origins behind the iconic hotel-for-assassins centerpiece of the John Wick universe in 1970’s Manhattan.

Fans–as “assassin guests”--can step back in time to the 1970s to the world’s most chic, sophisticated, and dangerously elite hotel in NYC, where they can venture into the hotel’s cryptic underworld for an unforgettable evening of decadent cocktails and live, interactive storylines with in-world characters and photo ops – all with a killer twist. Based on Peacock’s epic, three-part series premiering on September 22, this fully immersive event produced by Fever, gives fans a chance to explore the chic mainstay of the John Wick universe where the cardinal rule is that no business can be conducted on the premises and coins must be used as currency.

SYNOPSIS: The three-part event will explore the origin behind the iconic hotel-for-assassins, which is the centerpiece of the John Wick universe. The show will be seen through the eyes of a young Winston Scott, as he’s dragged into the hellscape of 1970s New York City to face a past he thought he’d left behind. Winston charts a deadly course through the hotel’s mysterious underworld in a harrowing attempt to seize the hotel where he will eventually take his future throne.
