Sherlock Holmes and the Case of the Fallen Giant
The game's afoot! A giant is dead, and his body lies at the base of a great beanstalk. The police believe young Jack is responsible. But the boy insists that he's innocent, and begs the help of the great detective Sherlock Holmes and his colleague, Dr. Watson. Can they untangle this magical mystery?

Experience the next stage in the development of this exciting new opera. A concert reading of the complete opera will be presented, led by conductor Andrew Bisantz. Following the reading, we invite the audience to join in a discussion about the work in progress with composer Evan Meier and librettist E.M. Lewis.
SHERLOCK HOLMES AND THE CASE OF THE FALLEN GIANT has been commissioned by American Lyric Theater; Lawrence Edelson, Producing Artistic Director. This opera is currently being developed under the auspices of American Lyric Theater's Composer Librettist Development Program.
