Machinal
When capitalism crumbles, class structure divides, and technology is king, who is left behind? In the Mechanicals’ MACHINAL, past meets future in the postmodern reality of the 2020s. Abandoned by a power hungry society of graphic novel distortion, a woman struggles to find peace and freedom within her family, friends and self. Written by trailblazing playwright Sophie Treadwell and based on the true crime story of Ruth Snyder, Machinal pushes us to confront our own reality of autonomy - what choices do we really have in the unrelenting machine of life? December 5th - December 15th, immerse yourself in Machinal at the FLEA Theater in the SIGGY.
