"How the Artist is Redefining Herself" will explore the professional experiences of women artists spanning several generations. Curator Heather Zises, editor of 50 Contemporary Women Artists, will moderate the panel of distinguished artists, including Audrey Flack, Barbara Segal and Babette Bloch, as they address cultural shifts experienced throughout their careers. From Women's Liberation to #MeToo, each panelist will offer her unique perspective on what it means to be a "woman artist" today. ___ Entry to this event is not guaranteed with Eventbrite reservation. Please arrive 20-30 minutes before the event start time to reserve your seat. Seating is first-come, first-served. Please cancel your reservation if you are unable to attend.
