Jazz Afternoon with Bertha Hope
Bertha Hope, an iconic jazz pianist began playing piano at the very early age of three. She played classical music, but eventually migrated to jazz, influenced by legendary jazz pianist, Bud Powell. She has toured extensively in Europe and Japan. She is now a noted educator, composer, and bandleader, but always simultaneously promoting and performing the music of the late Elmo Hope.
Entry to this event is not guaranteed with Eventbrite reservation. Please arrive no more than 15-20 minutes before the event start time. Seating is first-come, first-served.
