The Noortwyck Hosts Chef Kevin Finch (Arthur) for a One-Night Collaboration
The Noortwyck, an iconic West Village restaurant offering timeless, new American cuisine, is thrilled to welcome Chef Kevin Finch for an exclusive, one-night collaboration. Having perfected his craft in Michelin-starred kitchens across the world (Atelier Crenn, Maaemo, Betony, & Ensue by Christopher Kostow of the Meadowood), Kevin currently operates Arthur, a Salt Lake City pop-up inspired by the ingredient-driven cuisine, evoking the ambiance and globally-inspired menus of the modern Parisian bistro.
This collaboration marks the debut installment of The Noortwyck’s Friends of The Noortwyck series – a sequence of immersive events between The Noortwyck and fellow industry leaders across multiple categories spanning culinary, bar and pastry. Reservations are available from 5:30 PM - 10:00 PM and can be made here.
