Koyaamisqats - The Philip Glass Ensemble
Godfrey Reggio’s film Koyaanisqatsi is an extended meditation on human technology and its deterioration of the natural environment and Philip Glass’s soundtrack, composed in the early 1980s, alongside outtakes used in his pivotal album Glassworks, popularized his work among a younger listening audience, cementing his pop notoriety for decades to come.
