Adrienne Haan in Berlin, Mon Amour---Cabaret/Standards
View Website |
Adrienne Haan presents Berlin, Mon Amour, celebrating the 100th Centennial of the Weimar Republic. This show includes German Songs of the 1920s & 30s, songs considered "degenerate" by the Nazi Regime in 1933 & therefore banned, due to Jewish creatorship! It is a "tour de force" about the struggle of feminism, the longing for freedom, trans-gender discovery, sexual liberation & the demolishing of chains of old traditions. Co-starring Annie Moore. Featuring Richard Danley as MD. Directed by Barry Kleinbort. This show contains partial nudity. Please Note: The Triad has a 2-beverage minimum per person.
Venue: The Triad Theatre
