About The Lecture:

Some of us have trouble deciding what to do next. Faced with competing demands on our time, we may feel overwhelmed. So: how do we tell which task is more important? And which task is less important?

On January 7, we'll learn:

-- The four main reasons why prioritizing is difficult when you have ADHD.

-- What happens when you don’t prioritize.

-- Strategies on how to prioritize when everything looks equal.

Our Speaker's Bio:

Jenna Knight is an ADHD coach and the author of Managing Adult ADHD: Practical Tools & Strategies for Dealing with Everyday Life. Earlier, she chaired the LD/ADHD Subcommittee of the Massachusetts Statewide Rehabilitation Council.
