COYA at ZUMA with a special art collection by Nestor Madalenguitia
The activation will take over Zuma’s 2nd floor bar, bringing an exclusive selection of COYA’s celebrated Peruvian bar dishes and pisco sours to NYC’s contemporary Japanese restaurant located at 261 Madison Avenue (between 38th and 39th Streets) in Midtown Manhattan. Menu highlights, which are all signature staples of COYA's menu and represent its Latin American DNA, include: Guacamole con Crocantes Tacos de Shiitake con Chalaquita Empanadas de Res Chicharrones de Pollo Ceviche de Lubina Clásico Ceviche de Atún Chifa
