The LENS Method: Mindful Photography Workshop/Walk + TOTG brunch
Created and taught by professional photographer, Carey Kirkella, L.E.N.S. stands for Light, Empathy, Now & Storytelling and is a healing and practical creative approach that has the added benefits of supporting both mental and emotional wellbeing.
This experience collapses personal development timelines and boosts wellbeing, through a fun and engaging series of photography classes (and ‘photo story prompts’) that will transform your outlook on life and open you up to a world of wonder and serendipity.
During this 90 minute workshop and nature walk, you’ll receive inspiration and begin to practice a technique that incorporates mindfulness and helps you connect more deeply with the energy of nature through making photos.
No photography knowledge or equipment is necessary - this is for you even if you think you’re ‘not good at taking pictures’. Smartphones welcome!

All tickets purchased here include the 1.5 hour workshop with Carey. Full experience tickets (for Art-full members) also include 1 brunch entree + 1 non-alcoholic beverage + tax/tip at brunch.
