Kids' Fitness Class with Zing!

Zing!'s signature class, Zing! Fit, fuses FUNctional exercise and high-energy music with athletic drills, positive affirmations, breathwork & creative play to channel a child's inner rockstar. Each class will include The Hype Up (our motivating intro & warm-up to class), Zing! Time (our circuit-style workout for kids), The Zing! Zone (team-focused moves where we get the kid MOVING), The Zinger (our high-energy finisher), and the Cool Down (to relax, recap, and restore).
Our classes are focused on children ages 3-8, but we'll welcome some younger friends who can have caregiver assistance/co-participation.
