The Amazing Maize Maze
The Amazing Maize Maze is must-see NYC. That experience begins in a field of (corn) dreams with the Amazing Maize Maze sponsored by Con Edison, which is now officially open from noon to 4:30 p.m. (Fridays) and 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Saturdays & Sundays) and Indigenous Peoples Day from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. through the end of October. The Amazing Maize Maze was landscaped in the shape of a ram’s head inspired by legendary Artist Georgia O’Keeffe’s work Ram’s Head, Blue Morning Glory, which symbolizes her respect for land and culture.The adventure begins with a Stalk Talk to prepare you for the challenge of finding clues, solving puzzles, and mazing your way to Victory Bridge – where the stunning vista of this 3-acre living labyrinth is revealed.
