THE WELL New York, the holistic wellness medical center in Union Square, reenergizes its Mindful Movement community with the launch of new daily classes.

Join Neeti Narula as the new Director of Mindful Movement and experience a re-freshened daily schedule, led by certified experts who blend traditional and innovative approaches to movement, at THE WELL’s Mindful Movement Studio or soundproof Meditation Dome. Complete the experience with THE WELL’s state-of-the-art amenities including the steam and infrared sauna rooms, complimentary beauty bar and Dyson Styling Station and more.

Enjoy the following classes during the weekend of February 26th

Saturday, February 26th: - Meditation: 9:00am - 9:30am - Empower Yoga: 10:00am - 11:00am

Sunday, February 27th: - Meditation: 9:00am - 9:30am - Mat Pilates: 10:00am - 11:00am

For the month of February, all classes are $20 each to celebrate the relaunch.
